Instructions

  2. Sear the Chicken: Heat olive oil (natural) in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering. Add chicken breasts and cook for about 5 minutes per side, until golden brown and mostly cooked through. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
  3. Sauté the Aromatics and Veggies: Lower heat to medium and add garlic to the oil, stirring for 30 seconds until fragrant. Add cherry tomatoes and cook until they begin releasing their juices. Add spinach or baby kale and cook until wilted.
  4. Bring It All Together: Return chicken to the skillet. Add lemon juice and zest, vegetarian Worcestershire sauce (natural), and grape juice. Let everything simmer together for 3-5 minutes until chicken is fully cooked and flavors meld.
