Instructions
- Prepare the Strawberries: Wash strawberries thoroughly, remove stems. Slice most thinly for layering and keep some whole or halved for decoration. Toss sliced strawberries gently with natural sugar and natural gelling agent to create a fresh, slightly thickened topping.
- Mix the Cake Batter: Sift all-purpose flour and baking powder in a large bowl. In a separate bowl, whisk plant-based butter and natural sugar until creamy. Gradually add vanilla extract (natural), apple cider vinegar, and plant-based cream while blending gently. Fold in dry ingredients slowly to keep batter light and fluffy.
