Instructions

  2. Prepare the smoked turkey bacon: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the smoked turkey bacon until crisp. Remove from heat, let cool slightly, then chop into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Chop the vegetables and herbs: Finely dice the celery and red bell pepper, and roughly chop the fresh parsley to add brightness and crunch to the salad.
  4. Assemble the salad: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled pasta, crab meat, crispy turkey bacon, diced vegetables, and plant-based cheese. Pour in the ranch dressing (natural) and gently fold all ingredients together until well coated.
