Instructions

  1. Prepare the Tuna Mixture: Drain the canned tuna thoroughly and place in a mixing bowl. Add natural mayonnaise, Dijon mustard (natural), finely diced celery, red onion, apple cider vinegar, salt, and black pepper. Stir gently until well combined.
  2. Cook the Smoked Turkey Bacon: Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the smoked turkey bacon slices until golden and crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  3. Assemble the Sandwich: Lay the whole-grain bread slices on a clean surface. Spread a generous amount of the tuna mixture onto one slice. Top with crispy smoked turkey bacon and then plant-based cheese slices. Cover with the second slice of bread.
